At North to Coast Adventures, you’ll be welcomed by people who are truly passionate about hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. For over a decade, the owners, Nancy Boucher and Pascal Dorval, have been exploring this vast territory, which has become both their workplace and their playground.
Witnessing abundant wildlife and a remarkably beautiful natural environment every day inspired them to create a high-quality outfitting service.
Today, North to Coast Adventures offers American-plan packages for bear and moose hunting in northern New Brunswick, as well as European-plan packages for striped bass fishing on the coast in the eastern part of the province.
Our team
North to Coast Adventures is a small, family-run business. Alongside their two children, Megan and Jacob, Nancy and Pascal have built a team of passionate people who share their enthusiasm for hunting.
While Nancy prepares gourmet meals for guests, the two main guides, Pascal Dorval and Steve Therrien, head out into the field with hunters each day. Their deep knowledge of the territory, combined with years of experience, allows them to guide hunters to the best areas, maximizing the chances of success on every outing.
Other team members, including Maxime Dorval, who also serves as a cameraman, and Paul Vachon, ensure the entire operation runs smoothly. Both play an important role in the field, scouting the territory to support our guides and maximize hunters’ chances of success, providing help as soon as a harvest is made.
Together, they form a close-knit group with one shared goal: offering every guest a professional and authentic hunting adventure.
